Events your members actually show up to

Create events, manage registrations, sell tickets, and check people in — without coordinating everything manually. One tool, from invite to headcount.

Works for a 20-person workshop and a 2,000-person conference. Works for one location and fifty local chapters.

“With an organization of 8,000 members and more than 80 local groups coordinated almost exclusively by volunteers, Orgo is at the heart of our digitisation process, allowing us to focus on what we do best - learning by doing, nature, and personal development.”

Communication & reminders

Most no-shows happen because people forget. Automated reminders fix that without adding work for your team.

Email reminders

Set up automatic reminders before the event. Attendees get notified at the right time — you don't have to remember to hit send.

Customizable email templates

Brand your emails with your logo, colors, and message. Templates you can reuse across events.

Group targeted messages

Send targeted messages to all attendees, just the confirmed ones, or specific groups. Keep everyone in the loop without spamming everyone.

Online meeting link

Add a Zoom, Google Meet, or Teams link directly to the event. Attendees see it when they register — no separate email needed.

Host notifications

Get notified when tickets are purchased, registrations come in, or attendance status changes. Stay on top of things without checking the dashboard every 5 minutes.

Communication & reminders

One event, many chapters

For organizations with local groups or regional chapters — create once at HQ, let each chapter handle their own attendees.

Propagate events to local centers

Create an event at HQ and push it to all your local chapters with one click. Each chapter gets their own copy to manage locally.

Per-level permissions

Organization admins manage organization-wide events. Local admins manage their chapter's events. Everyone sees what they need to see.

Group targeted events

Target events to specific groups, departments, or regions. Not every event is for everyone, and that's fine.

Common questions

Pretty much anything your organization needs. Conferences, workshops, training sessions, general assemblies, fundraisers, networking events, webinars, and elections. You can run free events, paid events with tickets, members-only events, or public events open to anyone. It works for a 15-person board meeting and a 2,000-person annual conference.

You create an event, add the details (date, location or online link, description, media), set up registration or ticketing, and invite your members. Orgo handles the rest — confirmation emails, calendar invites with ICS files, reminders before the event, and QR code tickets for check-in. Need to run the same event next month? Clone it and update the date.

Stripe processes all payments. It works in 46+ countries and accepts credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. You set up your own Stripe Connected Account, so the money goes directly to your organization. We don't charge per-ticket fees — you only pay Stripe's standard processing rate.

Yes. You can set different prices for members vs non-members, create early bird pricing with time limits, generate voucher codes for discounts, and sell add-ons like parking or merchandise alongside tickets. Each ticket type can have its own capacity limit. Attendees can buy multiple tickets in one order, each with its own attendee details.

Every event gets RSVP tracking (attending, maybe, not attending) and a full registration workflow. You can create custom registration forms with whatever fields you need. For check-in, every ticket has a QR code — scan it at the door and you're done. You can export your attendee list anytime, send targeted emails to specific groups, and track who was invited vs who registered on their own.

Yes — this is one of the things that makes Orgo different. If you have a headquarters and local chapters (like scout groups, regional offices, or local branches), you can create an event at the top level and propagate it to all local centers with one click. Each chapter manages their own attendees and registrations, but you keep the overview. Permissions are split between tenant-level (organization-wide) and local-level, so people only see and manage what they should.

Each organization's data is completely isolated — your members, events, and payments are only accessible within your tenant. Payment processing goes through your own Stripe Connected Account. We're GDPR compliant, and you control who can manage events through role-based permissions at both the organization and local chapter level. Private events are only visible to invited participants.

You can brand your event pages with your organization's logo and colors — including buttons and the overall theme. Email templates are customizable with your branding. Every event gets its own public landing page that you can share directly or embed on your website via iframe. If you have the branded app add-on, events show up in your own branded mobile app too.
